Phantasia Game Jam 2022
I took part in the Phantasia game jam with a small team, taking on the role of UI/UX Artist. I also supported with character art and branding/marketing materials.

We took the fantasy prompt and created a visual novel with a turn-based battle system and a story based on Eastern European folklore.
The game's main menu. I created the logo with the font established as the game's main typeface. It needed to be consistent with traditional fantasy tropes while fitting the colour scheme provided by the menu background. The apple was created by one of the artists, and I was asked to incorporate it into the logo.
Moodboard and Branding
 We made many moodboards over the course of our research for the game's art, and I wanted to use these elements in the UI to keep the game looking cohesive across the board. From some of the moodboards and my exploration, I developed a basic branding document in order to keep my UI work consistent. I shared this with the rest of the team so I could gather their input and keep them up to date with my work.

Additional Character Art
 Some of our artists had to either drop out of the game jam or were unable to complete their work, and we hadn't planned for this! I'd already finished all of my UI work, so I offered to help out by taking on some character art. I'm by no means a great artist, but I wanted to do my best to help. I created six expressions along with two full-body poses, in only three days - a huge challenge for me!
